The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manpower Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the organization's workforce, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer compensation plans, benefits packages, and performance-based incentives to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong and China, including employment ordinances, employees' compensation, and other HR-related regulations.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and review annual budgets and departmental expenses to ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturers or retail businesses with China exposure is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
