The Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Deputy Manager, Customer Experience. This key position will play a pivotal part in enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient complaint resolution and quality improvement initiatives.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager, Customer Experience, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and feedback in adherence to internal and regulatory requirements. You will carry out thorough investigations, follow up on actions to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, and recommend ways to enhance service quality and customer experience. Your exceptional communication skills, good emotional quotient (EQ), and problem-solving ability will be invaluable assets in this role. Furthermore, your sound knowledge of banking products and operations will enable you to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently
• Analyze and recommend improvements to service quality and customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective complaint resolution strategies to meet business objectives
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a degree or higher equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in complaint handling. Your excellent communication skills, good EQ, and problem-solving ability are essential for success in this position. Additionally, your sound knowledge of banking products and operations will enable you to navigate complex business situations effectively.
