Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our department as Senior Customer Experience Manager - Governance. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective management of customer opinion and complaints received by the bank. You will monitor complaint handling performance to meet regulatory and bank requirements, analyze customer opinion and complaints trends, and prepare reports for operational control and management oversight.
Principal Responsibilities
- Facilitate the effective management of customer opinion and complaints received by the bank.
- Monitor complaint handling performance to meet regulatory and bank requirements.
- Analyze customer opinion and complaints trends and prepare reports for operational control and management oversight.
- Identify systemic problems to facilitate root cause analysis and provide insightful data for the development of actionable improvement plans.
- Manage the complaint handling system BPM regarding functionality development, system performance, and field updates.
- Control and review access rights of various frontline parties on a regular basis.
- Conduct briefing and training to complaint handling frontlines on system changes, field updates, and inputs quality.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
- A minimum of six years' retail banking experience in customer services or complaint handling, with skills in data analytics and process mapping preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and MI management.
- A strong ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient management of various reporting tasks.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with strong teamwork and a sense of responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese.
