Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle client enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. This will involve communicating effectively with clients, both internally and externally, to provide accurate information and resolve any issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for representing the company as an ambassador, responding to queries and providing guidance on company policies, procedures and guidelines.

In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent service practice, provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures, and interpret the needs and requests of clients to provide tailored solutions.

As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with our team manager to achieve mutual understanding and create a harmonious working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Represent the company as an ambassador
