Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Services Officer to join our team at Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent quality service to customers with great expectation & satisfaction.
- Maintain a good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer service.
- Establish a professional image as Software Guidance / Solution Provider / Adviser.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and deliver results to internal users.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, preferable with Certificate / Diploma in Service Management or Computer Studies.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Pleasant personality, patient, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in shipping or import/export trade is an advantage.
