Job Summary
Aspire Lifestyles, a leading premium concierge and affluent service provider, seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing strong relationships with customers, providing innovative solutions, and promoting clients' brand promise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Identify and meet customer needs by offering expert advice and utilizing program benefits.
- Represent clients as a professional brand ambassador, enhancing their market profile.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clients' brand promise and values.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communication, Business Studies, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in any industry.
- Experience in Concierge/Tourism/Travel/Travel Agency roles highly valued.
- Omni-channel communication skills, including phone, email, and chat.
- Knowledge of local events and national trends.
- Ability to work effectively with international contacts.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Immediate availability preferred.
