Job Description:
Citi is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the Transaction Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with internal stakeholders and external customers. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Providing information and guidance on Citi's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
