About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including counter services, phone calls, and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer experiences by responding promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that enhance our facilities and services.
- Provide technical support to clients and members of the public on the usage of our computer systems and applications.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of our facilities and services.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary up to $35,080 (subject to work experience and qualifications), contract-end gratuity, 14-18 days of annual leave, medical insurance for staff and dependents, and training subsidy.
