Job PurposeTo provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through proactive engagement with walk-in customers, conducting selling and cross-selling of banking products that meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by consistently delivering excellent service and offering relevant banking solutions.
- Be knowledgeable about a full range of general banking products, including CASA, Clean Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
- Acquire new customers through proactive sales efforts, understanding their banking needs and preferences.
- Work closely with colleagues and product specialists to provide tailored services and make referrals as appropriate.
- Participate in local and off-site promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Maintain operational procedures in compliance with the Bank's policies and guidelines.
- University degree with 1-2 years of experience or secondary education with 3-4 years of frontline customer service experience.
- Completion of IIQE papers 1, 2, and 3.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
