Farben is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team as a Customer Service Manager - Technology. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service to large corporate customers.
About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires at least 5 years of experience in bank or finance customer service. You should hold computer and technology knowledge, able to provide technical services to customers, and understand technology finance/Internet financial products.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree or above with relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, active listening, and good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese as working languages.
- Experience as a team leader or other management experience.
