The Job:
We are seeking an Assistant Customer Service Manager to report directly to the Customer Service Manager. Key responsibilities include establishing strong customer relationships through on-site visits, setting up service level agreements, reviewing contracts, and ensuring Salesforce CRM is up-to-date for data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education
  • 5+ years of customer service or related experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory or senior-level experience
  • Experience in automotive/vehicles/trucks is a plus
  • Knowledge of after-sales service/service contracts/rental contracts is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications
