Customer Service Specialist

Job Description
The Sales Assistant's primary mission is to foster strong relationships with clients, build customer loyalty, and introduce new customers to our brand. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring the store's visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers according to AMI values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant products.
- Manage stock, including receiving goods, integrating receptions into systems, rotating inventories, requesting restocking, and transferring items.
- Participate in visual merchandising, follow VM guidelines, and propose options during rotations.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing and familiarity with sales techniques.
- Curious and willing to dedicate yourself to a new project.
- Smiling, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Mastering customer service skills and demonstrating ability to foster a customer-service spirit.
- Strong interest and good understanding of fashion, a strong familiarity with the luxury market, and its trends.
