Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales teams, and ensuring seamless client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Support existing client services and sales support infrastructure to deliver high-quality service to clients in the APAC region.
- Handle client queries professionally, manage interactions, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams, handling client inquiries, participating in client events, and managing product updates and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate timely delivery of quality reports, handle client onboarding and transition processes, and maintain up-to-date CRM information.
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by management.
- University degree, preferably in economics or finance.
- 8+ years of experience in client service/sales support functions.
- Detailed understanding of local businesses and their specific requirements.
- Proven ability to serve clients in the financial industry.
- Good grasp of investment and post-investment operational processes.
- Experience in streamlining reporting and communication processes.
- Proficient written and verbal language skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Team orientation: contributing to the work of the team and liaising with other groups when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills: diplomacy, tact, and goal-oriented.
- Negotiation skills for project management.
- Ability to work with different cultures and languages.
- Strong client and service orientation, good interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure while producing quality work and effective time management.
- Self-driven, motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to take full responsibility for actions.
