Job Description

As a customer service and sales professional, you will provide quality service to our retail customers in the branch network, proactively identify customer needs, and offer appropriate banking services and solutions. You will participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty while maintaining awareness of operational risks and adhering to relevant policies and guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a university degree or associate degree, or equivalent qualifications. Relevant professional qualifications in insurance and investment are an advantage. Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivation, good communication skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese (with Putonghua an advantage) are essential. Ability to manage complex interactions effectively, demonstrate strong situation awareness, and have a desire to learn and adapt to an agile environment.
