Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our team at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority.
About the Role:- As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in our member's lounge;
- You will handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally;
- You will process membership transactions, including enrollment, renewal, upgrade, and ticket conversion;
- You will proactively promote M+ membership to guests and introduce members' benefits and events;
- You will provide supervision and training to ambassadors when required;
- You will perform other ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Possess a higher diploma or above in any discipline;
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment with high visitor volume from retail, tourism, hospitality, or cultural venues;
- Be proficient in dealing with challenging customers and resolving emergency situations independently;
- Possess an approachable personality with a positive attitude, being a good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment;
- Be proactive and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills;
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous;
- Be available to work at least 2 days per week and adapt to shifts including weekends, holidays, and late evenings according to a roster determined by the authority;
- Be willing to work in various spaces within the museum, including outdoor locations, which may require prolonged standing and physical lifting.
