The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Hong Kong International Airport.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to walk-in customers and maximizing sales in our Pop-up Store. You will also assist in the set-up of the store, handle cash and point of sales transactions, and maintain cleanliness and visual standards.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless daily operations and sales activities, including packing and unpacking stock. Your ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations will be essential in this role.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you should have a higher diploma or above in any discipline and a minimum 1 year of relevant experience in art venues, tourism, hospitality, or retail. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua is required, with additional languages being an advantage.

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 days per week, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings according to a roster determined by the Authority.
