Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Gaw Capital Asset Management. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer experience strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve customer experience goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM programs to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Measure and analyze the impact of customer experience activities to inform future strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective customer-centric strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box.
