Job Description
  • You will be responsible for performing high-quality customer service duties in the member's lounge, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and processing membership transactions;

    Skills and Qualifications
    • A higher diploma or above in any discipline;
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment with a high volume of visitors from retail, tourism, hospitality, or cultural-related venues;
    • Experience dealing with challenging customers and resolving emergency situations independently;
    • An approachable personality with a positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and adaptability to a dynamic environment;
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
    • Ability to work at least 2 days per week, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings according to a roster determined by the Authority.
