We are seeking a Customer Experience Leader to join our team. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Collaborate with centre teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures
- Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in property management or customer service
- Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
