Senior Manager Customer Experience

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is a leading financial institution that provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services. As a Senior Manager Customer Experience, you will play a crucial role in fostering business development and ensuring delivery of quality customer experience to IBG customers.
About the Role
- To lead CXO team in driving unit's business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences to IBG customers
- To ensure seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external product partners
- Dedicated to supporting Institutional Banking Group's Customer Experience journey and related initiatives
- To manage customer feedback, complaints, and regulatory correspondences effectively
- To handle non-marketing communications for IBG
- To coordinate regular/annual customer engagement surveys and implement improvement plans
- To embed a service culture within IBG and drive SCM initiatives
- To oversee product development, sales campaigns, and cross-selling/referrals initiatives
- To support IBG COO on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related discipline
- Good understanding of general banking products, operations, and services
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a manager role
- Customer-oriented, passionate to succeed, and accountable
- Strong responsiveness, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good sense of service quality and event/campaign management
- Thoughtful understanding of service culture/digitalization training such as RED Belt, HCD Coaching, Business Agile, Digi-Ninja, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of banking and financial products
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
