Job Title
We are recruiting a Senior Customer Service Executive to lead and develop high-performing teams, drive customer satisfaction, and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to achieve customer satisfaction targets and drive business growth through effective sales and service strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and development, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above, preferably degree holder in any discipline.
- Significant experience in leadership and management roles, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and business growth through effective sales and service strategies.
- Able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and exceed expectations.
