Main Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions at branch.
  • Meet the financial services needs of customers by identifying opportunities and referring them to appropriate bank colleagues.
  • Promote digital banking services and products to encourage customers to migrate to digital channels.
  • Ensure smooth branch operations and achieve satisfactory audit ratings by meeting all control and service requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies.
