Job Description:
As the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group is poised to support customers' life journeys. The role involves overseeing customer service and counter operations of the branch, as well as managing overall staff and branch administration to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education.
- At least 3 years of experience in branch operations, preferably with 1-2 years at a managerial level.
- In-depth knowledge of branch operations and banking regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
