At Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, assist with inquiries, and promote a positive customer experience.
- Manage the bank hall environment to minimize waiting times and provide an efficient banking experience.
- Identify customer needs and refer to frontline sales and service staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diploma holder or above in any field.
- At least 1 year's solid working experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Putonghua.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationships.
- Able to analyze and resolve problems independently with good crisis management skills.
- Team player with a cooperative spirit and ability to maintain a positive team morale.
