Role Profile

The Lounge Ambassador is responsible for delivering a memorable experience to our customers at the lounge by demonstrating our brand values and providing exceptional service.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver warm and professional service to customers, adhering to company and legal standards.
  2. Anticipate Customer Needs: Anticipate and initiate conversations with customers to build rapport and offer personalized assistance.
  3. Address Customer Feedback: Professionally handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests to improve the lounge experience.
  4. Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor the lounge environment and conduct quality control activities to maintain high standards.
  5. Support Team Members: Provide on-the-job training to new employees and support supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We Look For
  • Right to Work in Hong Kong: Must have the right to work in Hong Kong.
  • Minimum Age: Minimum age of 18 required.
  • Education: HKCEE/ HKDSE or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage or related disciplines preferred.
  • Language Skills: Standard of spoken/written English and Cantonese, with Putonghua an advantage.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant working experience in airport lounges, catering hospitality, fine dining, or similar capacity preferred.
  • Attitude and Personality: Customer service-oriented attitude, energetic, helpful, outgoing personality, attention to detail, and great teamwork skills required.
