Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances client engagement. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conducting market research and attending trade shows to identify client needs and emerging trends.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry, with team management experience.
  • Welcome from other financial industries such as Insurance/Equity/Property.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
