Head of Revenue Growth

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances client engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting market research and attending trade shows to identify client needs and emerging trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry, with team management experience.
- Welcome from other financial industries such as Insurance/Equity/Property.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
