About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at NexLen International Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • Analyze client needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales-related experience.
  • Form 5/DSE graduated or above (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Relevant experience in luxury hotels will be a plus.
  • Frontline experience in Electrical & Electronic product testing.
