The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and revenue growth of Regal Hotels International's banquet services. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in event sales, leadership, and strategy development.

Key Accountabilities
  • Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve outstanding results.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Cross-Selling: Collaborate with room sales teams to capitalize on cross-selling opportunities, driving additional revenue streams.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree holder or above in Hospitality, Event Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years' relevant event sales experience, with at least 7 years in a management position.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, coupled with a wide social network.
  • Languages: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
