We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as Head of Community. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing Tothemoon's global community, fostering a sense of belonging among our users, and driving engagement through regular communication and activities.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and engage our global community across various platforms. This includes creating and curating engaging content, organizing events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage Tothemoon's global community across various platforms.
- Engagement: Foster a vibrant and interactive community through regular communication, events, and activities.
- Support: Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Content Creation: Produce and curate engaging content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze community feedback to inform product development and improve user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align community activities with overall business goals.
- Events: Organize and host online and offline events such as webinars, AMA sessions, meetups, and conferences to strengthen community bonds.
- Advocacy: Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers to amplify Tothemoon's brand and message.
- Monitoring: Track and report on community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
