Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Business Growth and Development to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to optimize the growth of our payment business and platform activeness, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Strategic Planning: Translate our strategic plan into an annual plan, leading the execution of specific projects with hands-on approach.
- Market Analysis: Study market trends and competitive landscape to identify new initiatives that meet user requirements and drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across various teams and stakeholders to develop features and optimize user flows, prioritizing growth, financial impact, and operational efficiency.
Qualification:
- Proven Experience: Exhibits sound product management experience, proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership, leading product development, and project management.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing people and building culture, with excellent interpersonal relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills, and adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: At least 8 years' experience in product development or project management, with experience in leadership roles in Finance, Operations, Business Development, or related fields.
