About the Role
Standard Chartered Life and Careers is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Transaction Banking and Regional Development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our corporate sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the performance of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the Transaction Banking (TB) Corporate Sales strategy for Hong Kong and Greater China North Asia (GCNA), working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Oversee the performance of our sales teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of our sales strategy.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking, Economics or Finance, or significant transaction banking sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the market competitive landscape and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive growth and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
