Pricing and Revenue Manager

As a Pricing and Revenue Manager at Harbour Plaza North Point, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize revenue across all hotel areas. You will analyze business/market segments, accounts, room type demand, channel production, and geographical mix to recognize trends and patterns, and adjust pricing accordingly. Your expertise will enable us to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include managing hotel inventory, executing pricing and restriction changes, and analyzing market trends to inform pricing decisions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related discipline and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reservations/revenue management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential.
