Strategic Banking Relationship Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager, Wealth Management to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high net worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions and services to meet their evolving needs.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Championing one-stop personal banking services at branches, ensuring seamless delivery of financial solutions to our clients.
- Developing and maintaining long-term banking relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Identifying opportunities to provide relevant and suitable financial products and services to meet existing and prospective customers' needs.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Branch Managers, District Managers, Investment Counselors, and Wealth Coaches, to build healthy sales pipelines and drive business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to the Bank's anti-money laundering efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or equivalent, with qualifications in IIQE, HKSI & MPF, CFP CM being preferred.
- Holders of CB Professional Qualifications and/or Awards will be given preference.
- Proven experience in managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio, with a solid track record of success.
- Sound knowledge and at least 2 years' experience in retail banking products and services, including full-fledged investment and insurance products, with knowledge of corporate banking products and services being a definite advantage.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders in referring and cross-offering potential business opportunities for sustainable growth.
