Job Description
This role involves relationship coverage on a portfolio of large corporate under consumer products and professional services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring business opportunities and deepening client relationships with cross-selling and promoting products and services of Global Transaction Service, Cash Management, Treasury, Debt Capital Market, Equity Capital Market, Mergers and Acquisition and other investment banking units of DBS Group.
The ideal candidate will originate/structure deals, prepare credit assessments, and review documentation to ensure smooth execution of transactions. He/She should be conversant with credit policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements.
The Strategic Relationship Manager will connect the team with the overall strategic direction, create value for all stakeholders, and ensure execution against set objectives. Additionally, he/she will perform regulated activities, type 1 and 4 specified under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Requirements
We are looking for a university graduate with a major in either BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines. At least 5 years of experience in covering Large Corporates, SOEs and POEs is required. The candidate should have knowledge on banking products, including trade and cash, bond, T&M, etc., and the ability to cross-sell.
A strong credit assessment skill and good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should also be resourceful with a strong market network in the corporate market and proven ability to build quality relationships with stakeholders to create business opportunities.
