HR Business Partner for Salary and Compensation

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Harbridge Partners Limited.
Salary and BenefitsThis role comes with a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee compensation and benefits, including MPF and group insurance plans.
- Assist in budgeting and implementing C&B related projects.
- Participate in policy and procedure design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field, with study experience in Hong Kong or overseas preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in HR and payroll software.
- Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
- Good command of Chinese and English languages.
