- Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting and tax principles, and excellent organizational and planning abilities. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
