Compensation Strategist for Talent Axis

Our organization is a pioneering firm in the industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional talent management solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our team and drive forward-thinking compensation initiatives.
Job SummaryThis role will be instrumental in shaping our company's compensation strategies, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and industry best practices. As a key member of our HR team, you will design and execute comprehensive reward programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement robust compensation strategies that cater to the needs of diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and shareholders.
- Reward Program Design: Oversee the development and execution of rewards projects, including salary structures, bonus programs, incentive schemes, and other recognition initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of our compensation packages.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation programs across regions, fostering open communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Expert Advice: Provide authoritative guidance on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to identify trends, address issues, and recommend improvements, staying informed about regulatory requirements and industry trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on rewards projects in a multinational setting.
- Success Factors: Proven success in designing and implementing compensation strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Skillset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural Fit: Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
