**Job Summary:**

Talent Axis is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to serve as an Executive Secretary. This role provides exceptional support to the head of investment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the head of investment, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between the head of investment and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Handle incoming communication and respond appropriately on behalf of the Investment Head, showcasing exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assist in organizing events and special projects as required, utilizing expertise in multitasking and prioritization.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on organizational dynamics and leadership.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a secretary, preferably in a large investment bank, hedge fund, or family office, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential for this role, along with strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
