About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Global Sales Strategy, to support Hotels, Regions, and GSOs on the implementation of strategic sales projects & transformations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of strategic initiatives in the regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement global sales strategies to optimize revenue & profit through data analytics, research, technology development, and innovations.
- Identify and develop sales strategies to unlock potential geographical markets or customer segments.
- Support Hotels, Regions, and GSOs on the implementation of strategic sales projects & transformations through project management, training, communication, SOP development, and ongoing operational support.
- Collaborate with HQ technology team to design, develop, test, and launch tech initiatives to digitalize customer journeys & seller processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with HQ & regional marketing and loyalty teams to drive awareness of sales strategic initiatives for both B2B and B2C.
- Conduct regular business analytics to identify trends, threats, or opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, revenue optimization, or consulting. Preferably with experience in hospitality or travel industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fast learner and good communication skills.
- Data analytics, project management, and marketing experience.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
