We are a global leader in luxury hospitality with a unique Asian heritage. Our company is headquartered in Hong Kong and has over 100 hotels and resorts under four brands in key cities and beautiful beachfront locations globally.

As a Manager, Global Sales Strategy, you will support Hotels, Regions, and GSOs on the implementation of strategic sales projects and transformations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of strategic initiatives in the regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement global sales strategies to optimize revenue and profit through data analytics, research, technology development, and innovation.
  • Identify and develop sales strategies to unlock potential geographical markets or customer segments.
  • Support Hotels, Regions, and GSOs on the implementation of strategic sales projects and transformations through project management, training, communication, SOP development, and ongoing operational support.
  • Collaborate with the HQ technology team to design, develop, test, and launch tech initiatives to digitalize customer journeys and seller processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work with HQ and regional marketing and loyalty teams to drive awareness of sales strategic initiatives for both B2B and B2C.
  • Conduct regular business analytics to identify trends, threats, or opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, revenue optimization, or consulting, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fast learner and good communication skills.
  • Data analytics, project management, and marketing experience.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
