We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Keeta. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most strategic partner accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional services and meeting customer needs.
  3. Process Efficiency: Streamline processes and enhance efficiency through operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in key account sales, channel/vendor management, or project management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English or Cantonese.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
