We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Rewards Professional to join our team as a Regional Expert. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading company in the garment industry.
About Us:
Our client has over 70 years of experience in the industry, operating one of the largest garment operations globally. They are now looking for a skilled professional to support their expanding business.
The Role:
This role involves providing expert advice on compensation and benefits programs across various regions. You will be responsible for implementing HRIS systems, conducting annual compensation reviews, and analyzing staff cost budgets. Additionally, you will manage expatriate remuneration packages, including localization proposals and income tax withholding calculations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support regional C&B programs, including HRIS implementation, annual compensation review, salary survey, job evaluation, and staff cost budget consolidation.
- Manage expatriate remuneration packages, including package formulation for international assignments, localization proposals, and income tax withholding calculation.
- Provide guidance to country HRs on international assignments and up-to-date C&B practices.
- Consolidate and prepare HR dashboards.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 6-8 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with regional experience gained in multinational companies.
- Proficiency in top-tier HCM systems, such as Workday, SAP, and PeopleSoft, is a plus.
- Highly competent in MS Excel functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- A good team player, able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
