Job Title: Senior Reward Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reward Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in corporate reward management and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a professional corporate reward framework that aligns with our organization's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate reward strategies that drive business objectives and support talent attraction, retention, and motivation.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive performance and reward framework that incorporates market competitiveness, sustainability, and equity.
  • Oversee executive compensation, remuneration committee-related matters, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior line management and HR teams to drive strategic initiatives and anticipate, resolve, and participate in reward-related matters.
  • Formulate, implement, and review corporate long-term incentive plans, including share incentive schemes, to enhance staff attraction, motivation, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain effective salary and grading structures through professional job evaluation and market benchmarking.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of corporate-wide pay and benefits programs, including retirement schemes, MPF schemes, corporate medical and insurance schemes, variable incentive schemes, and share incentive schemes.
  • Conduct strategic reviews and oversee procurement/renewal process of corporate reward/benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with best practices.
  • Promote harmonious relationships and sustain a positive staff climate through meetings with Staff Consultative Committee/Unions and ad-hoc gatherings.

Dimension of the Job:

  • Ownership and oversight role over corporate reward management.
  • Supervise the Performance and Reward team.
  • Manage two corporate medical schemes in Hong Kong.
  • Manage one Hybrid Retirement Scheme, one Defined Contribution Scheme, and two MPF schemes in Hong Kong.

Decision-Making Authority:

  • Make recommendations on corporate reward strategies, pay and benefits philosophies/policies/structures/systems/programs, allocation and prioritization of resources, etc.
  • Authorize payment and expenses.
  • Accountable for the quality of deliverables and services.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • 20 years' human resources experience, of which at least 10 years should be at a managerial level in reward management.
  • Specialist Training: Labour/employment related ordinances, corporate governance, job evaluation methodologies, survey methodologies, and analytical skills.

Estimated Salary Range: HKD 120,000 - HKD 180,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience), plus bonus and benefits.
