We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Total Rewards to join our team at Worldwide Consulting Group in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate reward strategies that align with our organization's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive corporate reward framework that supports business objectives, is market competitive, and sustainable.">
  • Oversee executive compensation and provide guidance on Remuneration Committee-related matters to ensure confidentiality and professionalism.">
  • Collaborate with senior line management and HR teams to drive new initiatives and resolve reward-related matters.">
  • Develop performance management systems, annual pay reviews, and special pay reviews, considering local pay trends, pay levels, and staff sentiment.">
  • Formulate, implement, and review corporate long-term incentive plans, including share incentive schemes, to enhance staff attraction, motivation, and retention.">
  • Establish and maintain an effective salary and grading structure, ensuring internal and external equity through job evaluation and market benchmarking.">
  • Manage day-to-day administration of corporate-wide pay and benefits programs, including retirement schemes, MPF schemes, medical insurance, variable incentives, and share incentives.">
  • Lead strategic reviews and oversee the procurement/renewal process of corporate reward/benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with best practices.">
  • Represent the organization in Staff Consultative Committee/Union meetings on pay and benefits-related matters.">

Scope of Work:

  • ">
  • Ownership and oversight of corporate reward management.">
  • Supervision of the Performance and Reward team.">
  • Management of two corporate medical schemes in Hong Kong.">
  • Management of one Hybrid Retirement Scheme, one Defined Contribution Scheme, and two MPF schemes in Hong Kong.">

Decision-Making Authority:

  • Authorise payment and expenses.">
  • Accountable for the quality of deliverables and services.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • University degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.">
  • 20 years' human resources experience, with at least 10 years at a managerial level in reward management.">
  • Specialist training in Labour/employment ordinances, corporate governance, job evaluation methodologies, survey methodologies, and analytical skills.">

Estimated Salary Range: HKD 450,000 - HKD 600,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
