About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating new store openings, pop-ups/temp stores, renovations, and capital improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Director and team to ensure project administration work is completed, including preparing CAF, raising PO, tracking CAPEX spending, and managing project timelines.
  • Collaborate with external parties, such as local architects, contractors, and vendors, to maintain design integrity.
  • Assist the Director, Store Development in attending project meetings, including kick-off, progress review, and close-out meetings.
  • Promote Canada Goose's brand store design standards and guidelines as a CG store development ambassador.
  • Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Certificate or degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail projects, with international management experience an additional plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management with a focus on luxury retail environments.
  • Proficiency in industrial-related software, such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Architectural Desktop, MS Office, MS Projects, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented, driven towards results.
  • Ability to travel as needed to project sites and collaborate with external partners and vendors.

Earning Potential:

An estimated salary range of HKD $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
