Job Overview

Audemars Piguet, a leading luxury watch manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Retail Project Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Hong Kong and will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth in the Greater China Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all store planning projects for the Greater China Region under the guidance of the line manager.
  • Work closely with the HQ Store Design & Planning Team to ensure projects are completed according to Brand Standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with external parties, including designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors, to maintain design integrity and meet brand specifications.
  • Manage projects independently, liaising with internal and external counterparts to ensure effective project timelines and budget control.
  • Handle documentation, records, and email correspondences among HQ, consultants, and contractors with precision.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, planning, and time management skills, as well as the ability to analyze processes and information, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide regular project updates to top management in HQ, Regional office, and countries.
  • Check Tender submissions, quotations, and timelines, submitting them to Top Management for final approval.
  • Frequent travel and site visits are required during project execution.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or Construction Management.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in mid to high-end retail projects, including planning, design development, and technical execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • A good team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently under tight schedules and pressure.
Compensation and Benefits

Audemars Piguet offers a competitive salary ranging from HKD $80,000 to HKD $120,000 per month, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
