Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Partner with Internal Sales to identify and build up clients' needs and strategy to achieve company goals.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, while developing new markets to expand business.
- Work closely with Internal Sales & Technical Support to develop specific accounts, quotations, and fulfill orders.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to provide excellent customer service experience and raise customer satisfaction rates.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in MRO or Electronics industry with a vision for industry development.
- Experience in Account Management and proven track record in Sales, preferably in a technical environment.
- Result-driven, target-oriented, and diligent with a focus on profit margin.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Commercial awareness with good analytical skills, particularly around cost of acquisition/profitability and procurement trends.
- Customer-oriented and a good team player.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar with software tools like ERP (CRM, SAP).
- Ability to work under pressure and accept frequent travel.
