Sales Executive II, Key Account Management, Hong Kong

As a seasoned Field Sales Representative at RS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Your key focus will be building strong relationships with a specific group of customers, understanding their current and future requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to meet customer needs by implementing relevant and cost-effective value-added services;
  • Partner with Internal Sales to identify and build up clients' needs and strategy to achieve company goals in responsible field;
  • Maintain and further grow existing customers, while developing new markets to expand business mainly via offline channels, such as frequent customer visits and organizing customer onsite Roadshows and/or In-House Seminars;
  • Maintain accurate customer records in ERPs, and leverage company database as one of the key channels to manage sales;
  • Work closely with Internal Sales & Technical Support to develop specific accounts, quotations, and fulfill orders;
  • Work with Customer Service to provide excellent customer service experience, and raise customer satisfaction rate (NPS);

Requirements:

  • Experienced sales experience in MRO or Electronics industry with a vision on industry development;
  • Experience of Account Management and proven track record in Sales, preferably in a technical environment;
  • Result-driven, target-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated with a focus on profit margin;
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills;
  • Commercial awareness with good analytical skills, particularly around cost of acquisition/profitability and procurement trends;
  • Customer-oriented and a good team player;
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in remote areas and work on own initiative;
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar with software tools like ERP (CRM, SAP), etc.;
  • Accept frequent travel and work under pressure;
