Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Brand Teams to develop strong business partnerships with key accounts, including retail chains and stores.
  • Plan, initiate, and execute promotions to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Negotiate trading terms and promotional activities with key stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reports and analyses for management review.
  • Regularly visit stores to ensure brand visibility, product exposure, and availability, identifying business opportunities.
  • Explore new sales channels and business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in FMCG or beauty industry, preferably in handling key accounts.
  • Strong exposure in FMCG/retail industry and travel retail is highly preferred.
  • Accountable, outgoing, self-driven, and positive attitude with good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
