About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, renowned for its innovative solutions in FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

The Partnerships division is a specialist in institutional, financial brokers, and FinTech sales, providing white-labelled solutions for banks, asset & wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms.

As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners, driving revenue growth and business expansion.

You will develop a network of intermediaries from scratch, leveraging market research and cold calling to identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue potential.

With a deep understanding of the market and a passion for creatively solving problems, you will become an expert in the FX world and a key contributor to the growth and success of our new indirect sales business unit in Hong Kong.

About You
  • Proven track record in sales, with a hunter mindset and a strong ability to build new relationships.
  • Experience in selling/cross-selling FX Hedging Solutions to SMEs or Corporates in the Hong Kong market.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and partners.
  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B partner-facing functions, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Structured approach to market research, planning, and organisation skills.
  • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Business fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
